How the solution works

Every installation is unique. We work with you and your suppliers from day one to build and deliver an efficient, cost-effective installation that meets all your needs.

First, MCW processes the order for multiple broadband or lease lines to be installed. New buildings require more in-depth planning with BT to ensure the lines are installed before the building work is complete. Next, MCW installs all the computer and telecommunications equipment to provide the Internet and telephone facility to each user. All the capital equipment costs and the ongoing monthly Internet costs are paid for by MCW.

Then, the user registers for the facility via the Internet and MCW assists with any technical problems he or she may experience. MCW also deals with system monitoring, protection and virus control, taking all the hassle away from the accommodation provider.
