Support Contracts - Waste Equipment Return Policy
To reduce waste and to protect the environment from hazardous materials, waste electrical equipment must be disposed of properly.
Electrical equipment should not be mixed in with general trash or disposed of in a landfill unless handled by a company with a valid waste carrier license. MCW Group and its members carry this license
If any of your IT systems fail, i.e. pc units, network boards, monitors, power supplies and keyboards. They will not be covered for removal and disposal in the correct and environmental manner, unless you have purchased the additional environmental disposal with your maintenance contract.

The MCW Group take-back program applies to all products under maintenance contracts and follows all European Union (EU) Member States guidelines for disposal.
MCW Group can also provide managed content disposal for your aged or failed IT items. Under this disposal we calculate the quantity of items and offer a fixed cost for the collection, removal and environmental disposal of the equipment.
