MCW have launched a new, enhanced support portal specifically aimed at providing Web-based remote support of PCs using one fully integrated solution. Advantages with the new MCW system include

Access end users by secure PIN, email links or URLs on the MCW website
• Secure Sessions:
Log in via 256 SSL encryption; uninstalls after support for enhanced security
• Complete Support:
Allows MCW engineers to both see and solve issues in less time with in-depth diagnostic tools

The Internet based portal is simple to use and requires no pre-installed software.
By following the URL link within a web browser the user is directed to the MCW Incident Support Portal. On entry of the appropriate secure PIN code, which is raised by MCW for the specific customer support request, the user is then prompted to download a temporary programme which is then automatically removed at the end of the support session.
