The MCW Group Network and Communications division are providers of LAN / IP Telephony, and can provide the complete installation, training and support. Specialising in the Award winning 3Com NBX, MCW can also provide and installation Innovaphone and Avaya solutions.

LAN Telephony offers many business benefits, which are reflected by the number of new installations to business and government organisations thought out the UK.

As members of the 3Com Partner Express MCW Group can provide 4 hr replacement 24 hr 7 day a week support. Training, to date MCW has adopted their professional IT training and re-designed the course notes for the 3Com NBX and has several instructors/engineers for NBX administration and users training with plans to double this number in 2004.

The 3Com NBX Communications System integrates a robust call processing feature set with standards-based, Ethernet technology in a powerful business telephone system. It's ideal for small to medium-size businesses and remote offices of larger enterprises.

Unlike PC-based telephony platforms, the 3Com NBX system is self-contained, LAN-based, and highly reliable. The system's call processing engine doubles as an application server. It delivers standard features that range from auto-attendant/voice mail to unified messaging and TAPI-enabled Computer Telephony Integration (CTI).

The NBX100 supports up to 200 devices, whereas the NBX SuperStack III support up to 1500 devices. Both systems are managed using an Internet browser for easy administration.
