Unique to MCW Group- Preventative Maintenance - within the Comprehensive Contract, we include engineer's time at your site to provide server health-checks and preventative maintenance on your systems
Remote Access - MCW can remotely access your systems where possible to provide immediate support.

MCW realise the importance of proactively checking customers systems to guard as much as possible against debilitating viruses and down-time, and have therefore launched a new contract to compliment the support contracts currently offered. The Gold Star Contract ensures that the customers systems are checked on a quarterly basis by a qualified senior systems engineer to update anti-virus and security, as well as checking server configuration and capacity.
