Support Contracts - Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts
This comprehensive computer maintenance contract has been designed to give you the confidence you need that there will always be someone at the end of the telephone to give you expert help.

Response time |
Eight working hours (9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday)
Servers receive a four working hour response. |

Fix time |
Best endeavour fix within a further four or eight working hours |

Call outs charges |
All engineer call outs charges within the above time are included within the contract value. Call outs outside the agreed times may be chargeable. |

Parts |
All faulty parts required are provided by MCW. Consumable parts are not included and will be chargeable separately. |
|
Software |
MCW provides software support on the systems indicated within the support contract |
|
Loan equipment |
Can be provided, on request to a similar specification. |
|
Remote access |
Provided by analogue and ISDN modems. |
|
Contract day |
For each £2500.00 of a contract value, MCW offers an engineer for a day to assist with preventative maintenance and computer valeting at no additional cost.

|
Administration |
Technical call log number provided to assist with each incident for maintenance.
Constant update on repair progression by Service Administrator, including regular faxes, email and telephone calls. All based on given log numbers for calls. |
