- Create/Update Emergency Repair Disks;
- Creating a disk to show the configuration of the server (hardware configuration, applications, registry information and accounts database
- Updating the disk quarterly to track any configuration changes re above
- Checking Server Configuration and hard disk space/capacity
Gold Star Plus Support Gold Star Support with Additional Services;
- Automatic remote access back up checks (Arc Serve/Back-Up Exec) – MCW to receive daily details of back up function or failures
- Server paging alerts – MCW to be automatically e-mailed of potential server problems through management tool set up
The quarterly visit to your site would be undertaken by an MCSE qualified systems engineer, who would access your server and network to undertake the listed services, and to then provide you with a report of action taken and any further action recommended.The visits to site would be mutually agreed and booked in advance with the appropriate systems engineer.
