| Who
Should Attend: This course is ideal for individuals who have
good keyboard and mouse skills and have attended introductory level courses
and would like to gain four globally recognised qualifications.
Pre-Requisites:
Delegates must have attended introductory
level courses or have proven skills in the subjects being studied i.e.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access or Outlook. This course assumes you can
create documents, presentations, spreadsheets (including basic formulas)
and/or basic databases, format information and print them.
Prior to the course,
delegates will be required to take and pass a short questionnaire style
exam to prove their knowledge. The pass rate is set at 60%.

Course
Exams: Each package (module) studied has an exam which
will be taken at the end of the module. All the exams are tasked based
and the results are given by the Computer on completion of the exam. The
pass rate for each exam is set between 70% - 80%. Prior to each exam,
pre-exam exercises will be set during class time.
Accommodation:
Accommodation at a local hotel on a half board basis is included in the
course cost.
After
Class Work: To aid in the learning process, some work
will be required in the evenings during the course.
Course
Objective: By the end of each module, delegates will have
the skills required to successfully sit the Microsoft Office Specialist
Expert and Comprehensive exams to MCW Standards, without reference to
your notes.

Notes: Each module is accompanied by the official Microsoft
Step by Step guides. To aid learning all notes will be distributed during
registration on the first day.
