should be fun. It was established to combine technical expertise
and excellent training skills with an enjoyable learning environment.

We firmly believe that our flexible approach provides the
very BEST results.
Over recent years, MCW has been proud to work with the ReAct
scheme helping individuals who have been made redundant. Philippa
Watts says “since July 2008 we have seen a huge uptake
in our certified programs and I am delighted to say we have
a 95% pass rate for all individuals attending irrespective
of their starting knowledge”. Philippa adds “80%
of all individuals who start one of our dedicated programs
has either found work by the end of the course or has been
offered interviews”.
If you have been made redundant you may be eligible for up
to £2,500 of government funding. This funding is accessed
through Careers Wales
